Who We Are
Two people. Jason Bonito and Kyle Walker.
We built XBR because we kept watching Amazon brands lose money on decisions that Seller Central made invisible. The platform has 1,500 reports. The decisions that move profit live across maybe a dozen of them, in patterns Amazon does not hand you on a dashboard.
XBR is what we wished we had had ten years ago when we were running brands ourselves.
Jason Bonito
Eight years at Amazon, where I owned the Plan of Record for North America capacity and demand planning. Decisions that moved hundreds of millions in CAPEX. Chief of Staff after that, running executive operations at Oracle and Foundry. Built systems that unified five planning systems into one, drove 20% revenue growth on a SaaS platform, and pulled $400K out of overstocked inventory using Lean and Six Sigma.
At XBR I am the operator who builds the system underneath. The dashboards, the data, the playbooks the team uses with customers. Same operator instinct, applied to making sure the answers the dashboards give you are answers you can trust.
Also running Crucible76, a fractional operating partner practice for $1M to $25M companies.
Kyle Walker
Amazon brand-builder and acquisitions operator. Co-founder of Foundry, where he ran integrations for acquired e-commerce brands. Marketplace expert across Shopify, Walmart, Target, and Amazon. What works in one breaks in another, and Kyle is the person who knows why.
Now runs The Lab Consult, your elastic e-commerce executive team, and partners with XBR on customer strategy and product direction.
What we do not do
We do not write missions and values. We do not have a manifesto.
We look at the data, point out what is broken, and tell you what to do about it. The dashboards exist so you can see it for yourself.
